For almost 3 years I haven't created giveaways. Decided to do so, and been a little shocked of what monster SG become. Over 8.3k bundle games (i.e. no contribution), while no more easy hints (*) in giveaway creation when choosing what to give.
Is there an easy way to filter bundle games, or some list of non-bundle games, or some extension, or ANYTHING to clear that bundle mess?

If you use the search and does not appear the game is because it has never been in some bundle

bundle list

There are sometimes huge delays in updates to this list though and the bundle status works retroactively

Yea, tnx, this is exactly what I DONT want to deal with. Looking at some interesting game in Steam -> checking in that list -> Bundled -> Moving to the next game...

It's actually not that hard to figure out for the most part. Just avoid games that have been more than 90% discounted in any region and you should be ok.

Maybe there are some pro-SG-users that track all of over 10k Steam games if they were "discounted in any region", but I'm not one of them.
That is why I need some easy way.

It is you amateur-SG-users that are the problem. Some of us are making big bucks from this site and then folks come along demanding the same kind of profits without putting in any of the effort...

"Some of us are making big bucks from this site" Reminder: noone obligates anyone here to do anything. This site started as platform to give away bundle leftovers to those who may want them. It was my will to spend money and give away games long-long time before introduction of contribution levels, private-group giveaways, and other restrictions. Just because I wanted to. And I wont be surprised if everything I've gifted is now in bundle list.
So, bullying me because I want to give away some games that had never been free. Really?

My own fault for thinking anybody might understand sarcasm if you think I'm actually making anything from this site given my stats. Or that anybody else is a 'pro-user'.

If this was a site to give away bundle games and you gave away games just because you wanted to then why are you complaining about the bundle list? If you want an 'easy way' then just give games away. If you think you get 'no contribution' for bundle games then check the rules - you get 15% contribution value for games on the bundle list which is often good value given what people actually paid for them.

I haven't bought bundles for years. The very first few I got was gifted to me by friends - those who had credit cards that was accepted by the only one existed ATM HumbleBundle. It was common to ask someone to buy something online and then give him money with other pay-method. Even now my main salary card is useless in online shopping (bank do not send sms to confirm transaction). In those days many others could have that problem, so I gifted what I could. Just because.
But now, when I open most games, they by stats are given away on dozens of sites for free or almost free. So buying such game (that was free multiple times) to give it away is kinda don't have sense to me. Reason to make this topic.

But you still enter and win giveaways for such games even though it doesn't make sense to make them?

Some people (actually a lot :)) buying bundle games and have bundle leftovers. Get some free if it is useless to other - why not. But I don't buy them anymore. I stoped buying bundles when I left SG site 3 years ago. When I got back, in last autumn, I was a bit surprised that there are still some chances to win anything. Even tho I'm lucky on games with mostly negative reviews. I can afford lots of AAA and just good games, so it is mostly just for fun.
Now I'm "on the wave", but yet again, buying bundled/ex-free game at full price is not acceptable to me.

If you don't want to buy games for full price just because you could have got them cheaper, bundled, free, etc then that is fair enough - but it isn't really fair to call SG out as a 'monster' just because of its bundle list.

The bundle list was only ever to stop people taking unfair advantage of very cheap games - it doesn't stop people from looking for good deals and nobody is obliged to buy anything for full price.

If anybody does buy anything for full price then they can be pretty much guaranteed that it isn't going to be 'good value' in terms of contribution whether it is on the bundle list or not. The game will soon be cheaper in a sale, after that the base price will drop, eventually it may become free or removed from the store, etc.

People should only do that kind of thing if they just want to make a nice giveaway without worrying about contribution value. If you are worried about contribution value then it makes far more sense to grab cheap games for 90+% off and get 15% bundled CV for them than it does to buy full price games and get full CV.

Best option would be to check Deals section of sgtools.info. Toggle hide bundled games.
