Batman Arkham City Unavailable

Hello!
Pre-ordered the game a few weeks ago, was looking forward to it and then BAM! it's gone from the store.
Tried contacting the support and this is all I got:

The weird thing is that when i visit the store page via my smartphone I can see it without any problem. The countdown finished a few minutes ago but there's no new posts in the news section.
Restarted Steam a few times now but there's no change.
Anyone know more about this? Will I get the game soon? Will the game be available again on the store? How awesome will the new Arrested Development season and movie be?
