PAYDAY 2 Preorder

I usually don't preorder things, but this might be on my list.

Special edition looks to be waste of money. With the same price I can almost get two copies of the game.

I'm intrigued... not.

Does carries edition's "The Crime.net Deal – Bain is a businessman and you’ve managed to get yourself a good deal. You receive in-game discounts on all purchases in PAYDAY 2’s Crime.net when the game is released" means tons of microtransactions, or just cheaper in-game unlocks?
