if the comment added was only a few minutes after the creation then it would of had little to no effect. but if it was recently bumped you mine as well consider it a recent request.

I only ever had to do 2 rerolls, by chance they happened to be 2 days in a row with 2 different games.
The one on the first day took 7 days to get a reroll while the one for which I send a ticket 1 day later got a reroll within 2 days.
So basically IDK what is normal here, as the order in which they were granted permission was really quite weird

Hi all, i've opened a support ticked asking for a reroll (game already on the winner account), it's really a basic ticket, also the winner asked for a reroll but it's still pending since 4 days ago.
Do you know how long usually it takes to be solved this kind of problem and if there is a way to bump it and kindly push for the resolution?
