A question for those who preordered Faerie Solitaire 2

So, kinda forgot about this whole deal and I've gotta ask, did any of you recieve that VIP pass for the Infinity Bundle? Or should we just wait more? Only asking this because I got the mail saying it's on the way and I'll get it soon, but even now there's nothing about it in my mailbox, and this was a few months ago now. It's not like I'm impatient or anything, just want to know if I should contact support or wait some more.

Inb4 "Did you check your spam folder?", yes I did, multpile times around the time of the promotion and after that.

Not yet, just thought I'd ask around if the codes are sent out or not, as I'm not sure about it.
