[SOLVED] No points for games free on Epic?

hi there.. maybe I'm missing something but are games that were free on Epic counted as no value on steamgifts? I just took the fanatical bundle and wanted to do a giveaway for this War of Mine, so I noticed it gives no value.. or maybe it was free on Steam/others too, in the past?

I know the dev put a bunch of steam keys for free on the pirate bay at one point. Not sure if it was given away some other time.

Games free on other platforms do not affect the value on Steamgifts. Only Steam key bundles/giveaways count toward it. Being free on Steam itself also doesn't matter because those cannot be given away.
