Report him, let the banhammer do it's work.
Blacklisting is optional, but entirely justifiable.

If he has the games and you gifted him the key, I would just activate the key, so he cannot regift it, since he already has the games anyways. If he successfully regifts, he can try to claim he won the games he already had from you. And if you activate your key then he will be in a worse situation.

Hello, you are quite new here so maybe you have not seen yet guidelines and faq. I recommend reading it as it may save you headache [and suspensions]

+1 it's because noobs might not realize it's a joke and think that begging is ok.

This is where we differ. I would have deleted it before the mods saw it and said something like, "Sorry, that was a dumb mistake."

I stand on my position of it being a joke, as I knew he wouldn't just give it to me after he tried to make a kindness to a random person, and I have never begged, no reason to start doing it in such an obvious way, on my perspective my only mistake was assuming it would be an obviously sarcastic comment, which I obviously will never do again anywhere around here

Just like you don't joke about bombs on an airplane, you don't joke about begging at SteamGifts. Sarcastic comments about other topics are fine. You may have to "spell it out" for some people, of course, as sarcasm doesn't carry over well in text.

Well, I'm sorry about that, I had no idea it was a real problem because I have never seen anyone actually begging and I didn't really know people were touchy about it. Still I don't think deleting my original post is a good solution to the problem, but I guess you can do that if you feel that it will keep offending people.

Also, its always a joke "so let me back on the site, I want to win more games"

^This. If you are 100% sure all the games are in his library already, then the key you gave them is duplicate now so there is no harm in trying it on your own account imo :)

There are so many different responses one could give. The FAQ and Guidelines hold most of the answers though. I will just highlight two different responses I could give you. This is all up to how you feel you need to proceed. But notice the 7 day time limit for contacting for most things to have happen, because the I notice the 1 hour on your giveaway.

Banana run, or humans will catch you, peel off your skin alive, and then eat you, chewing you. That's an horrific way to die.
Look at this horrifying video

what made you think i'm not enjoying such stuff?
edit: you sick bastard...

Once you peel, you cannot get it back. Weight your decision carefully.

Is it possible that the winner of your giveaway may have bought a couple of copies of the game---one for himself---because it was on sale and forgot that he had entered your giveaway? Contact the winner and ask for your game back. The winner should be given the chance to return the game to you. If it truly is a key, then the winner can simply not redeem it and it can be re-rolled.

^^^ Nevermind what I just said. It seems you've redeemed the key, yourself. Just go ahead and file the ticket for "Regifting." Also, you can close this thread while you're at it.

Hi Lffy, I deleted the regifted giveaway, and removed your giveaway as well, since you activated the key on your Steam account, and it's no longer available.
