The Game. There will always be someone loosing it.

The franchise or just CS 1.6? Franchise is dead, go look at CS:GO

I never said 1.6 is dead, I said franchise is, every CS that came out after 1.6 got easier and easier, and by dead I don't mean how many users playing, otherwise you'd say Call of Duty a franchise that can never die because of countless idiots buying their title every year.

dead/ded/
Adjective:
No longer alive.
Counter Strike is very much alive. Just, because you don't like it doesn't mean it just completely died off. I could say the same with Medal of Honor, but well it's alive. It's just a terrible reboot that should have died off years ago.

If that's the case no game will ever die because at least one person will always be playing it... except for Breach, that game is an exception

That's very true. I guess define dead for a video game then. Red Orchestra 2 may have 300 players, but it certainly isn't dead. You can pick it up and still play it.. except Australia, then it's dead.

Minecraft seems to be not so much boring for most of people so I choose Minecraft

You can go around trying mods and play it differently when you get bored, though.

Minecraft got boring for me after 1~2 days. I've had better times playing with my legos when I was younger. At least some of them had wheels.

been playing minecraft strong for over a year now. You just need to find a decent server or some good mods to try out.

Singleplayer gets boring pretty fast, the real strength of the game lies in multiplayer. I've been playing on the same survival server for almost two years now - and I'm not planning on stopping. In SMP, Minecraft becomes pretty much a real life simulation with economy, politics etc. You have to find a decent server, of course.
People are coming with entirely new server styles now and then too - Hunger Games, MineZ...
And then there's tekkit...

Thing is, I've only played Multiplayer. In fact, I only bought it because people kept bugging me about it so I would join them to it. We played for a couple days (second day consisting basically of absurd amounts of map hacking and aspergers) and it eventually got stale and pointless. Public Servers are so dull and boring (you can't do this/you can't do that, sit in a corner and build a hole and don't fuck with people) and the roleplaying is just painfully silly, me and my friends joined them a couple times just to grief. And we hardly ever grief in games.
A friend and I got utterly bored the other day and decided to play MineZ because we're too lazy to afford actual DayZ. Its was absolutely terrible. Minecraft feels a lot like a downgraded and overpriced version of Garry's Mod to be entirely honest, focused mostly on time wasting (you can make life-sized pixel art that takes about 2 hours longer to make than normal pixel art) rather than being creative.

You're right! Tell you what, I'll give you a fuck once I find it. None to spare at the moment, sadly.

Portal !!
If the Large Hadron Colloder won't destroy the word ,in the future i think we'll be able to "live" the game so i'm not sure what to say.....maybe some old retro games like
Tetris,Mario...or Minecraft! :D

Somehow I doubt we'll live to see personal wormhole technology.
Discounting escape longevity, of course.

Or Risk. I love that game. It's like a Total War series game except it dosen't crash every 15 minutes.

I love this game! I remember when it first came out and trying out the demo. I go through waves of playing it.. as I can only take so much of the drag and drop stuff.. And that beep haunts my dreams.
