As far as I know you can request information about time then key was activated (didn't do this, but read somewhere about it). If key was activated before you even start GA, then you can request new key from the Lootboy (write to support with screenshot attached) - but not sure they can replace key or will give new pack.

Once i got already activated key. After contacting support (with screenshot) I recieved another pack.

I got an activated key from a pack I bought yesterday, so yeah, it's still an issue.

Monthly pack different in Premium drop, but premium drop is very rare. Pool of games in non-Premium cards is the same for all packs (Steam games most of the times, other platforms).

just my opinion here, but I do not think buying monthly packs with CASH is worth it.
You usually get a steam game that has been bundled many times.
I've tried buying 10 of them at a time and the results were a joke.
You're better off just buying a game you want when its on sale directly from steam or a certified seller.

Now, if you are collecting daily diamonds, and redeeming codes people post here for more diamonds, which only takes a
few minutes of your time, it can be fun to cash the diamonds for a Steam supreme pack. I've gotten a $10 and a $5 steam gift card
over the last year or so, but its pretty rare.

No tengo yo claro que para Latinoamérica también funcione ya que el cambio de moneda es muy grande. Siempre puedes mandarles un mensaje al soporte. Suelen responder bastante rápido

Indeed contact support. Don't forget to tell them your actual currency in your Steam account.

But don't expect speed on weekends. Dunno in Germany, but here monday is still holidays. But still do it ASAP and then be patient.

Si no recuerdo mal Steam cambió su política sobre estas tarjetas hace ya unas cuantas semanas, desde entonces sólo puedes activar tarjetas que estén en la misma moneda que tienes en tu tienda de Steam. Si eres de Argentina y te han tocado 5 dólares es posible que ese sea el motivo como te ha dicho Theanyelpes.

Yo soy moderador en Gamehag, y creo que en esa web han tenido que restringir las tarjetas de saldo de Steam a los usuarios de latinoamérica por los problemas que tenían a la hora de usarlas.
