Yeah, I was able to redeem special lootpacks for Frozen Coins (150 a piece) for the chance to get higher value stuff. But all I got from the three lootpacks I was able to open were 30, 30 and 40 diamonds as the main thing plus a few coins of course.

I were able to buy 3 packs and got 30, 30 and 40 dias, so 100 dias, for 450 frozen coins.
With buying direct the dias i had got 120 dias.
Thats the "great advantage" of germany, austria and switzerland.....
I write this that others see that the advantage is not really existant.

Everyone outside of these 3 countries only got 32 diamonds from this promo altogether which is less than if we didn't have the promo at all.

I get your point, but most people here forget, that Lootboy is a quite young german startup company, which has a lot of contracts (for promos and ads) with german companys or at least their hqs in Germany and their main target audience are Germans (and Austrians and Swiss). They are available worldwide now but still have their core target group, hope that clears a bit the confusion why non-german speakers get often left out

Which part of personalized don't you get? Everybody gets their own code, therefore sharing the information of my card with you would mean I could not use it.

Nope it runs Friday through to Thursday. In other words, if you missed getting your Thursday reward before midnight (UTC, 1am CET), it's already Friday and it'll reset. Same goes for if you missed any other day of the week - then you'll be always one day late until next Friday (and can't get the Thursday reward for that week).

It was discussed a few comments above this. The "Silvester Krise" event where you had to solve a small ARG to defeat the bomb placed by "Evil Corp". Seemed like it were leftover prices from the snowcoin event. Therefor it also was only available in DE/AT/CH...
Probably because it included quite a few prices that only make sense around here, like stuff where they had to make big deliveries (desks/chairs/...) and stuff for german apps/stores/...
