You can jump on the next level after watching ads (when you die there will be screen with retry button and below will be button something like "Next level after watching ad"), but this will not be reflected on the level selection screen (so you'll unable to make a screenshot of that screen). I've made screenshot of level 11 (at level start where text shown which level I'm on) and sent it - will see if it will be OK for Lootboy.

I can't even watch advertisement, nothing happens when I tap it. I tried watching it for first time to receive bonus gold and seems that from this time I can't watch more ads.

Google (or Lootboy) limit amount of ads for specific region and for specific user. If you watched too many ads they will disappear - at some point I've played some game that asked to watch ads for each upgrade (it was some mining idler) and after 3-5 ads "watch" button stopped responding :) so I can assume you have the same issue. Just wait for couple of hours.
Lootboy have some good prizes for those who got a lot of coins, so they are preventing users from farming coins.

Well, for me watching ads on Lootboy works, but not on Peaman Adventure game and seems that waiting or clearing data doesn't help. Unfortunately only 8 hours left for completing second part, so I'll probably give up this time.
In case of Lootboy resetting advert id always helps when I can't watch more ads.

Ad blocker or some blocking extensions in your browser?
On desktop, I think, I didn't have captcha for a long time (have ad blocker - AdGuard, but it don't brake site functionality). Most of time captcha is required if I want to do something from mobile app (i.e. enter code).

Daily Boosts on the Lootboy app. Watch ads for coins. 200 coins per ad. Pretty slow, there's a limit to how many ads you can watch per day. There's a 2 minute cooldown after watching a few ads.
I watched 3 ads for coins and then it wouldn't let me watch anymore even though the counter says 6 remaining.

Just use coins for the special packs and don't bother with the normal 2k packs btw, they're basically worthless.

It seems Lootboy has gotten a lot better when it comes to duplicated keys, but if you still have doubts about a key, you can use the group below for those giveaways :)
