Ok, this is ridiculous. I got a duplicate key for Zanzarah: The Hidden Portal. LootBoy gave 100 diamonds and I got a dupe of Pirates of Black Cove Gold. Next 100 diamonds = dupe of Patrician IV, next = dupe of Crash Time 2. Wrote another letter to support. Also I have a key for Munin but I don't know whether it's duplicate or not because I already have the game on my account.

Welp, they're finally having the "buy ten packs for guaranteed steam credit" promo after so long and I only have 650 diamonds because I spent like 1100 back in May when I got tired of waiting. The worst part is that it only lasts for two days and after looking at the numbers buying tickets for this is a terrible deal. Guess I just have to never let my diamond count go under a thousand, ever, just in case.

VPNs obfuscate the real country and the extreme multiaccounters, nearly all that i catched were from russia, left for sure a, bad, impression on lootboy.
The worst 3 are all sg users that are, sadly, not perma banned.
I don't know it, so i can only assume, but i would not wonder if lootboy reduced the gain for RU/CIS, because of the 1,4k accounts alone from the worst 3 members that i catched.
If they reduced the drops it would be sad for the honest guys and girls from russia/CIS.
All my russian friends hate the cheating russian ones, because they have always a bad reputation from the start because of such guys.

lol. nowadays every normal website instantly detects vpn usage, at least the popular and free ones. it's not my fault that they were robbed by some russian schoolchildren. but according to their logic, people like me should be punished. excellent. didn't want to ban the whole region, so put a sign on the site:
we, the incompetent and lazy developers of this site, were robbed by several children from russia/cis. therefore, from now on, all users from these regions will receive only complete shit in the form of drops from packs, half of which will also be already used.

The people with a lot of multiaccounts don't use the free, detectable VPNs, this is obvious.
And if they give lesser good drops to RU/CIS is unclear, none of us can see their stats.
So the best we can do is to assume something based on a very tiny fraction of informations (a few drops from a few people).
It would be wrong to punish the good ones for the bad ones but because of the ammount of abuse i would prefer they would go back to the RU/CIS banned that they had in the past.
But in general i would recommend you to write the lootboy support.
I had, with their support, one time a mediocre experience and the rest were all good and fast solved.

If you read what is in the brackets, I only made 1 buy with diamonds.
I had roughly 1k Diamonds and 24 Loot Tickets when I started. I bought 2 tickets with Google Play balance to bring that up to 26. I then bought another 25 tickets which was $35 CAD +tax (roughly $40 CAD), but I told myself it would be enough for those last 3x 10 packs, and even if I only got $5 credit from them (which is what happened) that it works out to $19.44 for Steam (more if I was lucky), and then the 30 games for roughly $20. My Steam wallet was empty when I started. While I already own some of the games from those packs, others were on my wishlist after seeing giveaways for them, and I can use my extras to make my own giveaways.
Wallet total (including a $5 credit from black market) at the end was $58.32 CAD.
I haven't tested all the codes for dupes, but all the wallet codes worked without issue.

Can you confirm whether the Edna and Harvey: The Breakout game is really the anniversary edition? I also received this game and the card is very confusing. The header says Anniversary Edition, the picture also seems to be from that one, but the video is for the old version and in the text it also isn't called Anniversary Edition.
