After trying who knows how many times the last code expired so I made a screenshot and send it to support because I got very annoyed and they gave me the diamonds, now with this new code it's the same problem, so annoying!
I mean sure it's free and all, but still, at least make it work :(

have you tried removing and re-entering the last letter in the code?
it always works for me there seems to be some sort of spacing problem when copy pasting maybe?

yup, "NewFeatures" code ONLY works in the phone app, where it's the first time I see the captcha popup when redeeming a code. That never happened in PC for me (yes, I see the sign in the bottom right corner)
I'm not thrilled about the low to none quests and if now everything goes thorugh the phone.. well, lets just say I may abandon it as I had to do with the misty witch bot thing, after all the trouble I had to even register there.
I'll wait to feel more "lucky" and trade in the diamonds for FSA packs. Good luck everyone!

Just a friendly reminder for the people with problems redeeming codes: These two methods work for me (but only those two, and I've tried everything... >_<):

Nope, I don't have a gmail account on the same email as my lootboy. Not going to make a new gmail just for lootboy, they need to sort their mess out, not get us to work around it with additional log ins etc

Looks like they replaced the survey wall with a different provider, only offers 1 survey at a time. Good news is I did a 1 minute survey about pizza and got 46 diamonds. :)
Thanks to US price drop a pack is 100 diamonds again. I got Deponia from FSA...

It seems Lootboy has gotten a lot better when it comes to duplicated keys, but if you still have doubts about a key, you can use the group below for those giveaways :)
Unfortunately it happens far too often that Lootboy is handing out duplicate keys, so a lot of people feel uncomfortable with creating public giveaways with the games from Lootboy. So I just created a little group with some rules to make it less risky for the generous givers.I hope this helps :)
