Anyone knows if the League of legends codes still available on the free packs?

I had been stockpiling coins for some time so I went ahead and got Blackguards, gotta get at least one game that I don't already own from them, cos the FSA packs keep dropping previously free games.

Finally, and first time, got some (20) diamonds from a survey and it was a short one (20 question). Every other time I've tried the survey wall I'd get you don't qualify 8 questions in or the survey would crash or disappear if I tapped the wrong area.
Has the survey wall been a problem for anyone else?
