The one time I asked support to replace a code it went nowhere. I remembered that Steam usually asks you if you want to install a game if you already own it but nothing happened after it told me I already own it. Guess I'll just let it be.

You get 20 diamond bonus if you have a season ticket plan. This easter egg hunt doesnt have anything to do with that.
4 easter egg cards gives you a loot ticket which you can use to pay for a premium loot pack. (Normally costs 100 diamonds)
2 easter egg cards gives you 20 diamonds. So that means 4 easter egg cards gives you only 40 diamonds.
This means its better to buy a loot ticket which is worth 100 diamonds.
