Hello there!

Got bunch of keys from developer for promote on steamgifts, created a ticket about increasing my slots for giveaways (category "Other"), they didnt answer for 2 days (just no reaction)...Ok, canceled the ticket and tried to giveaway keys with my 15 available slots...Cost TOO MUCH time, because always some peoples wont mark games as received and need to wait 1 day more all time.
Really tired...and created new ticket to support in category "Add game to list". In 16 hours still no help, and i cant create new big giveaway, because developer want feature giveaway with 50 copies.

I thought i will take fast answer from supports (at least for 24 hours), because they are responding about deleting giveaways and requesting new winner in few hours, but in total im waiting for 3 days...

So, how long should I wait? Maybe i should change category / description?

P.S. sorry for my english ^_^

I got an answer! Big thanks to moderator for adding 50 slots!

I agree, but the developer have less patience and he begins to worry about his keys :D

Im closed my first ticket, so i have only 1 ticket to supports.

No you have to wait for tickets like these. This can take time. Have some patience, they aren't payed employees.

in total im waiting for 3 days...

that calculation is a bit off :D

Tickets for rerolls are top priority, that's why they are solved in a few hours. Tickets about adding more slots, adding game to the list etc are far less important, that's why you have to wait longer.

And you know that winners have got 7 days to mark as received, it's the same for developer GAs. So you would have to wait for GA feedback either way.

That's true for adding game to the list (can be done by mods, super mods and CG). But support members are able to increase number of available slots - I think that this has got lower priority than taking care of tons of reroll tickets :D

I know about feedback with 7 days, i said about it because its really hard to increase slots to at least 50 through creating giveaways with that feedback, so developer is still waiting T_T

If you close the ticket and make another one you'll have to wait more - becasue you'll be the last to check , and who knows - maybe you'll get that slots in a hour before you deleted it :(

If you don't care about CV ask some good SG users (me included ;> )

We have far more than 50 free slots :)
