Tickets for rerolls are top priority, that's why they are solved in a few hours. Tickets about adding more slots, adding game to the list etc are far less important, that's why you have to wait longer.
And you know that winners have got 7 days to mark as received, it's the same for developer GAs. So you would have to wait for GA feedback either way.

If you close the ticket and make another one you'll have to wait more - becasue you'll be the last to check , and who knows - maybe you'll get that slots in a hour before you deleted it :(

Hello there!
Got bunch of keys from developer for promote on steamgifts, created a ticket about increasing my slots for giveaways (category "Other"), they didnt answer for 2 days (just no reaction)...Ok, canceled the ticket and tried to giveaway keys with my 15 available slots...Cost TOO MUCH time, because always some peoples wont mark games as received and need to wait 1 day more all time.
Really tired...and created new ticket to support in category "Add game to list". In 16 hours still no help, and i cant create new big giveaway, because developer want feature giveaway with 50 copies.
I thought i will take fast answer from supports (at least for 24 hours), because they are responding about deleting giveaways and requesting new winner in few hours, but in total im waiting for 3 days...
So, how long should I wait? Maybe i should change category / description?
P.S. sorry for my english ^_^
