Steam Game Region Restriction

I was planning to get MGR Rising: Revengeance through trading. The one I'm trying to get is not region locked, but the game itself is not available in my region (through Steam Market). Can I run the game, get achievements or anything without any problem? Thanks in advance :3

Yes, you can. As long as it's region-free you can activate and play without problem even if it's not sold in your store.

You can run it just fine. It ain't available in my region either but i got a region free version of MGR:R through trading too and i can still play it.
