Send to all you'r friend's on steam link to profile this guy and tell everyone to click on ,,Report rules infringement '' then ,, suspicion of fraud '' and write that this guy just scamed you for xxx game, money or somethng else. Everyone must do this, but not on the same time and not the same stuff. This is all. If you put more then 20 raport's. They banned his accont.

So why not use the gift code yourself in the first place? Also, you realized he wasn't the same guy after you send him the code? Isn't that something to look into before you trade with a random stranger?
