Constructive criticism, of course. Honesty is more important to me.

your mixes are too abrupt. you put in a good amount of effort for track selection and beat matching, but you hurry the mix. Make your mixes last longer.
This is especially true of the fade-out. It's a very common issue where DJs do good work bringing in the new track, but then treat removing the old track as an afterthought. Try paying attention (or even better, ask a friend to use a timer) to how long it takes for you to mix in a new track, and how long it takes to mix out an old track. You'll see what I mean.
If you want some good exercise, get a few long and minimal progressive house tracks (even if it's not your kind of music - they lend themselves very well to long mixes) and try extending your mixes to last 2-3 minutes.
doesn't mean you need to do such long mixes every time (or ever, for that matter), but it's a good way to improve your technical skills. (the person who taught me to do it played a style of music known for quick cuts - barely ever had a mix last more than 10 seconds)

As of today, I have released my newest DJ mix! It is titled "Enlighten & Brighten" and is my submission for House-Mixes's House Competition for February 2016. I'm really happy to have finished this mix. I put in lots of time and energy to find the right songs. And hopefully it's just a bit better in quality than, say, my previous ones.
To me, this mix is about my journey and passion for life, love, and music. I'm not going to bore you with the details, so if you want, you can read the full description on the mix page itself.
The mix is only 30 minutes long! Some passed up the last mixes I made because they were just a bit too lengthy. If you're looking for something short so you don't have to feel obligated to sit in one place for an hour, this is the one you should listen to.
Downloads are enabled for this mix, so you can listen offline. The mix itself will remain exclusive to House-Mixes and contain no original artwork of its own until the contest has ended and a winner has been chosen.
Finally, to actually honor Valentine's Day in some way, I am giving away a copy of Hatoful Boyfriend, open to all levels and all regions.
Next scheduled/intended release will be on or around March 21, 2016, and will be titled "Stadium 128."
