I think Bundlestars is pretty nice.

HB for good titles and Groupees for low price with many games.

Groupees for good bundle overview on profile page, boni and caring about getting Steam Keys for Greenlight Games.
Humble Bundle for overall good bundles

At a given time t my favourite bundle company is calculated by the function f(t). f(t) = M if company M has the best deal going on at time t. However, if none of them have a deal I'd classify as "good", then f(t) = f(t-1) instead.
(I think the probability lecture I went to today broke me. O_o )

All the big 5 are nice but in order i prefer: HIB, Bundlestar, Groupees, Indiegala, indieroyale.

Humble Bundle is my favorite I also like Bundle Stars.

Between the 3 you mentioned, I prefer Humble Bundle mostly because Paypal, Amazon and Google Wallet all won't accept my credit card, which is weird because it works on Steam and GMG. It works on HB too, of course, using the Stripe payment. However, these past couple of weeks I've been having trouble making the purchase. HB keep giving me "This card is declined" message. It's pretty sad because I was really looking forward to play Alpha Protocol and BD.

Groupees > Humble Bundle > Indie Royale > Indie Gala > Bundle Stars

Bundle starts for me as well, they seem to have that good average between finding fairly cheap games while also being games that don't suck. In fact a lot of them I'm quite interested in especially a lot of the indie ones, theres even been a few niche gems that I've found. Humble Bundle would be next on the list for me to, but everything for ages has been meh, they seem pretty up then down, as if they just find a lot of filler in between main bundles.

I like Groupees, Humble Bundle, Indie Gala and BundleStars so far.

Humble Bundle and Groupees!

I'm pretty much with the OP. I like Humble Bundle best due to the pricing and donations, but I have bought most of my bundles from BundleStar.

Mine used to be Humble Bundle, but I am really liking Groupees much more now. You can usually pick just the games you want and only pay for those (so paying $1-$1.50 for the 2 games you want vs. $2.99+ for those 2 games plus a bunch you arent interested in). They also have an option to donate a portion to charity. And as someone said, they're good about giving steam keys for Greenlight games (ex. A bundle in January had a game that was in Greenlight. In April, the game is greenlit and available in the steam store. If you check back to that bundle, there will be a steam key waiting).

Humble Bundle is my favorite so far. But I like Bundlestars as well.

Blink bundles has had some nice games. Although the newest bundle by them was kind of meh
