No. Read the FAQ & guidelines, they state that you have to activate all your wins in your account.

No. If you aren't suspended at the time, your chances are the same as all other users. You likely just enter stuff with low chances.
Check this to see how unlucky you really are according to your user stats.

Except it the thing called Karma is real, it isn't the reason you don't win anything. It's likely you just enter giveaways where you have a very very small chance of winning.

Don't have the money too. That's why I'm here. Generally unless it's a gift for a friend I won't spend too much cash on someone else. Also from what I see I'm at -0.02 for luck. Which I don't see how that's possible because I won 7 games previously. Now if it's possible can someone see if I have a suspension?

Even better - you can't use that money for anything else except for buying games. Buy something on sale and give it away!

Many people use tremor games to buy cheap games with their tremor coins. I use apps in my mobile to gather bitcoin and buy games. The possibilities are endless to get a game to give away for free, as long as you have the patience. ;P

Sorry to bother, but this is interesting. Which apps you use on your mobile to gather bitcoin? I did not know that such a thing is possible. I know you need to have a powerful computer with a serious video card to dig for bitcoin. If it's a secret, do not worry, you do not have to share

It's not a secret. Just normal apps that give you satoshi and bits every time you do a simple action. No need for surveys and such. You either have to play a simple game or click something or just write a captcha. Examples are BitMaker, Abundance, Blockchain, Free Bitcoin, Bitcoin Faucet App, etc. You need a bitcoin wallet at first, of course.

Thanks man appreciate it. I'll try if I ever have a couple extra dollars. Tbh though I kinda want to give games people would be excited to join but I just don't have the money. When I first joined I thought of the possibility of trading up with games to do a giant giveaway of games that are 35$ and up for people.

Do you know about bundles?
Check www.indiegala.com / www.bundlestars.com / www.humblebundle.com
There are other but those are the better to start. With $1 you can get easily 4 games, if its from Humble Bundle they're often all good.
If having only Steam money is a problem, you can get CS:GO/TF2 keys and trade for bundles in the trade section for almost the same value.

Are you a child? A minor. Yet to reach the age of majority.

If you want to increase your level, then start using tremorgames. Fill out surveys and watch videos to earn coins, then redeem coins for steam games that you can give away. No real money needed.

Level 0 giveaways are impossible to win.
Oh don't say like that. :>
Its only way harder.

It's not impossible to win level 0 giveaways. o.O I've won many giveaways that didn't have a level restriction.

Does it make a difference for you if you win any games? Ignoring the 0.2 hours for one game you have NOT played any of your wins. Seems like a waste. And the most fun game (IMO) you have not activated on your account ...... which is not allowed as stated by the FAQ which should have been read long long ago.
And there is no connection between your non-activation of one game and your non-winning of any further giveaways if that was your actual question. If you need a reason call it Karma.

It's all about luck. But when you are entering public giveaways with a lot of entries, your chances of winning are too low.
