So I just saw Robbaz, King of Sweden, play CS:GO, and I have a few questions. What is the best way to obtain a copy of the beta and if I have the beta do I have the full game when it comes out?

No, you don't own the full game when it comes out.

Buy one off steamtrades for $30-40.

It's really not worth paying for in it's current state.

You see, I don't want to pay for it, because it seems they are ALL over the place, so the value goes down.
