PC only, or do you have an Xbox? There's quite a few 360 titles on sale for under $5 right now. A few OG Xbox games too, like Jade Empire.

Things I really enjoy are RPG's, of course, and management of all kinds like squad management in say State of Decay 2 or X Com
City management like Frost Punk
I usually like story heavy but if the combat is good then I can usually get by with light story
I loved Yakuza Like a Dragon, I could just sit there and eat dinner while the story played out lol
I'll definitely dig around on the xbox here in a bit

I'm still browsing, so many games to look at but most are much more than $5
Some things that have caught my attention so far
Ancestors, where you play a monkey is $8
Assassin's Creed Unity is $4.50
Borderlands 3 is $5
Will keep digging
I think I am going with rune factory 4 special, which is $4.50 on console
can probably sink a lot of hours into that

Thanks for keeping me updated. :) Rune Factory 4 Special looks like a cute game, and yeah, with a near-40 hour long playtime, you absolutely can't go wrong at that price.

They used to have pretty decent sales, but now a lot of those sale prices have been locked behind the gamepass paywall. Blows my mind that they want you to pay extra to have access to discounts. 🤯
Large sale going on right now BTW. I don't have gamepass, and just 2 of the 27 games on my wishlist are discounted. :(

So I got a message on gamepass with a code for a $5 gift card but I have to use it in the next 30 days. Was looking at Eiyuden Chronicles Rising, not really a lot of options for less than $5 it seems. Still nice to get something for free.
