What is wrong with my Epic and Amazon Games ?? :(

Amazon has been like this from the beginning ( installation time sometime in 2020). Although its not 100% of the time like this.

But Epic is like this from today.

It must be your computer, everything is fine for me
Not a hardware expert, but i guess it could be your graphic cards

does this happen only there?
It's kinda strange. Normaly problems like this coming from damaged vram (gpu) but then it would not only be in two apps.

Try to reinstall your GPU driver.

First, update your video drivers. If that doesn't work, then your video card has failed.

Why did you wait for it till now to really dig further into it is more what i question.

Also little info, what installation, new hardware, new pc etc etc?

Because, before today, only Amazone Games had that problem. Now is Epic also like that.

My drivers are always up to date. It is a MSI laptop. Bought in 2016. It has Intel CPU, Nvidia GPU and Win10.

Yeah but i think most would already start to investigate there (i would atleast).

Anyway, laptop, did you ever clean it? Not like there is a big pile of dust in there?

Can you try onboard graphics? Then you could rule out your gpu. Or you are unknowningly running on your onboard and not on your gpu, that can happen too with people.

Nono, its not dusty :D It has been cleaned many times. BUT! Thanks to you guys, i did remeber something. A long time ago, i made some changes in Nvidia control panel.
So now i did a CLEAN re-install for GPU driver and so far these two programs are looking normal again!! :D

Ok, that could be dying VRAM as others pointed out, especially that you have a laptop, which probably is cooking inside while gaming.
You could take it apart and blow off dust or even change your CPU and GPU thermal paste and thermal pads, as that could make the temperature lower. I don't expect it to fix your problem, but it is worth a try.
Also you could try to reinstall your Windows completely, as a fresh install, in case there are driver or old program files which could cause this bahaviour.

No, its clean from dust, but i guess i should change thermal paste again.
Anyway, like i already write above, i made a clean re-install for Nvidia drivers and so far is all good again! :D I made long time ago some changes in Nvidia control panel, i guess these changes did affect Amazon Games from the beginning and Epic, after the last update.
