Saints Row: The Third glitch?

I do not own saints row the third i did however download it during the free weekend. The website says i still own it even though it's been over for a few days now and i would like to know if anyone has any ideas on how to fix this. FYI I have already force synced several times.

Unfortunately, as you played it, it will remain in your steam played list for 2 weeks, after which point you will once again be able to enter giveaways for it. No way around this.

Then on your end, you should be able to just simply resync your account, by going to the account dropdown menu, and clicking Sync Account, and clicking the green button there.

i never played it, never even installed it. tried resyncing several times to no avail. somethings up and a resync doesn't fix it.
