Do they ban people who submit individual bundle keys or have they given up? There are entire bundles being given away one key at a time it's getting ridiculous...

I have seen some BANHAMMERS come down with a vengence, i have also seen the contribution points taken away just keep reporting and submit support tickets, they have quite a backlog.

and OP did you mark your support ticket correctly?

Are bundle keys allowed now or what? There is a full Indie Gala VI right now on the first page and a couple of pages after that it's individual keys given away x5 or x4. Something needs to be done with this rule, either allow it or ban them once and for all, it really sucks to be stuck in the middle.

You do realise that, since cg is busy with the site itself, there's only one guy who can deal with bundles, right? Why do you think, as Monukai said, we're looking for alternate methods? We punish where we can, but it was always a losing battle against fucking asshats.

With over 8 live bundles currently, we're trying to figure out a new system to "embrace" bundles that's fair to everyone. We really don't want to permaban anyone submitting bundles at this moment as it'll seem silly once we have a way to deal with them soon enough. We're in the middle of a transition period with at least 100 tickets being submitted a day with me stepping down. The rest of the staff will have complete mod powers soon and they'll be able to take it from there. I'm trying to fulfill what I can right now, but soon, support will be much better handled by a full staff instead of just me. I apologize for the inconvenience.
