As long as SteamGifts relies on a system that lends itself to farming, there will always be people who will exploit it for fun or profit - the burden of minimizing that falls entirely on SteamGifts.

Of course, Cgg not getting their stuff together is disappointing, too.

The logical conclusion is that both SteamGifts and Cgg are ok with business as it is, and the benefits for any improvements are not deemed worth the corresponding effort.

My understanding is that they count as reduced value unless they've previously been given away for free elsewhere. In which case they count as "no value".

After someone else here pointed out that in 2018 its coin shop cost was merely 3500, I believe the meme market value of Garfield has more than tripled since the November release of Garfield Kart - Furious Racing from the same devs who resurrected the original game 3 years after release with a Beta multiplayer update. These devs know what they're doing, even if it is putting lipstick on a pig...i mean cat ;)

It's not always daily, though, as it's matched to the front page promotion's duration.
Those are usually one day in length, but sometimes they can last multiple days.

So "Free coins can be collected once per day in most instances" or the like might work, but "once daily" on its own wouldn't be accurate (unless they changed that framework at some point and I didn't notice).

This is data from 14 cycles and half (plus a few incomplete streaks back when it was a thing), it's pretty similar to yours:

• daily reward: min 20, avg 25.49, max varies (more on that below)
• 3-Day Bonus Chest: min 127, avg 150.53, max 174 - estimated range 125-174
• 7-Day Bonus Chest: min 302, avg 350.53, max 391 - estimated range 300-399
• 14-Day Bonus Chest: min 810, avg 910.93, max 986 - estimated range 800-999
• 30-Day Bonus Chest: min 2013, avg 2242.43, max 2412 - estimated range 2000-2499

The daily reward is usually between 20 and 29 coins, just like in your table.
However, there have been a few notable exceptions:

• on April 1st in 2017 and 2018, I got 108 coins both times - it was probably 100-109
• in a few seemingly random occasions (mainly around holidays?), the output have been higher: 30-39, 40-49, or even 50-59

From a regular streak, you can expect: min 3825, avg 4433, max 4941.

25 cycles just completed, min/max I got:

• Daily rewards: 20-29
• 3-Day Bonus Chests: 126-174
• 7-Day Bonus Chests: 300-399
• 14-Day Bonus Chests: 807-994
• 30-Day Bonus Chests: 2008-2486

Exceptions:

• April 1, 2018: 106 (it was my first day collecting too)
• December 8-17, 2018: 50-59 range (10-days promotion)
• Starter Chest: 450 (as I said it was on April 1, 2018)

Got in total 110.567 pts. in (25*30) 750 days... so 4422,68 pts./cycle
But if I remove the Starter Chest and "normalize" the exceptions, i get 4390 pts./cycle
