Question regarding "The Ship: Murder Party"

Hello there.
So, I have The Ship - 2 Pack Gift laying in my my inventory and wanted to make a giveaway, but for some reason I can't select it during creation.
Are giveaways of this game somehow suspended, or am I doing something wrong?
