The most efficient way is to create or join a group and essentially trade games among those people that you'd buy for yourself anyway. This is to some degree what goes on with groups all the time.

Public giveaways get too many entries to serve as a predictable form of trading. I don't know if the method described by Spiff00 can, but at 5 entries per giveaway it would at least be closer to reaching that goal.

Having worked in a restaurant something similar actually happened to our hostess, she asked a guy in a wheelchair where he would like to be seated and his response was something along the line "I'm already seated, darling, but I'd love to park next to the window."
