Sorry - I was only kidding. I don't actually use Ubuntu :)

If you've got dual monitors and Windows 7, DisplayFusion Pro is a great piece of software. The stuff it provides should have been included in Windows, but a fully functional taskbar on each screen and a little button in the top right hand corner of each window to flip it to a different monitor are well worth the admission fee alone IMHO.

Thanks for the info, I somehow wanted a program like this for Windows. Do you really think it is worth $25 (or $35)? It's bad that you have to pay for something on Windows that is free on Linux :(

BTW appearently they want to get on Steam.

Personally I don't regret paying the money, and wouldn't want to go back to working without it, but for what it is, it's probably overpriced.

There's a fully functional 30 day trial available, so at least they give you a chance to test drive it.

give 7zip a shot, free (not just "free") and supports everything.

to OP, defraggler and ccleaner (both by piriform), and x-mouse or autohotkey

How legit is Soluto? It seems like I control my startup from a website?

I used Soluto since its begining till i bought a ssd and never had any problems with it. I'd still use it but now the ssd doesn't make any speed difference between 5 or 25 startup programs.

Is it all controlled through the program or over their website? The program description makes it sound like it's controlled from their site, which is weird..

Can be both. After you install you can choose to run the program or manage it via the website (it was introduced for easier administration of multiple remote machines).

D3DOverrider (standalone). It's very simple program that adds v-sync and AA for all your games, pretty neat for ATI users or games without V-Sync and terrible screen tearing issues. I've started using it for Space Marine a while ago, and now with The Last Remnant. This thing is a must have.
