That is an option but hiding games makes no difference in game count so I passed it

You might not have noticed but in your profile, if your game count is 1.5k plus and you click on Games then it has to load all the games before showing the result. My steam client gets stuck when I click any user's profile game list whose game count is 2k or 3k or more. I don't want my game list to get stuck as well. And also the library becomes very messy.
About the level, I thought my level would decrease but it didn't. All that happened was that I need way more XP to reach the next level. Suppose I needed 200 XP to reach level 34, now i need 958 XP but the level is still 33. That's kinda cool right?

Well because of protest and hate i wont join one of your filthy giveaways! YOU piece of!!!
Jk. I once said i would never put you on my blacklist and i wont do it. You won 5-6 games from me, even if you removed them all, I really dont care.
But I am glad to hear you changed your way of entering a giveaway :)
Take care ;)

The nice community was the biggest reason i changed my mind and decided to come back.
Thanks again :)

Interesting ... its funny how re-roll requests of my ware denied regardless of the GA winner having non activated wins in the past ... yet yours was approved .
Then again we have that guy calling me a pedophile and asking me to kill myself not being touched ... and me getting suspended for 2 weeks for retaliating to him ... but hey ;... rules :P
I bet i know who suspended you ... but thats on the calling out category so ima stay away from that part

me too, my re-roll requests regarding winner with non-activated wins were never approved before

I blacklisted almost all rule-breakers that I found ==!

Unactivate wins must be from past 30 days to be granted a reroll... Don't know if that was Your case, or OP's.

I don't know about others but mine didn't take even longer than a day to get myself suspended. And i be like their support really works day and night

The reroll only gets approved if the winner hasn't been suspended for it yet (or it was within the last month) sadly.

This suspension for me was actually a blessing in disguise. Imagine me doing all the cleanout and who knows how many SG games I might have removed accidentally. It was a blessing that I only deleted 3 games until that time. If I didn't get reported earlier, I might even have gotten more than 10 or more unactivated wins. That means 50 days suspension!

Took me 3 days to delete about 600+ plus games. Not an easy task at all to sort out all the games

They say you get what you deserve. I got the type of games which I gave away here :v

Tough stuff ...
won't happen to me but I know alot of people that would have done the same ("spring clean out").
your last paragraph made me curious ...
can you make a seperate sections in steam?
I am always looking for a way to make notes to a game that is just private,
but ordering into sections would be helpful to!

oh its simple and maybe you know it too. just right click a game from your library and press Set Category. then name a new category Won from SG or any name you want

You are welcome. I have a Top Tier category where I only keep AAA titles and some other ones which I play all the time. Then there is Mid Tier where all the good ones are kept. Then there is Won from SG. You can also add a game in more than one categories. Suppose Won from SG has a Mid Tier game, so I check both of the categories from the list.

Thanks again ... my sorting would be/will be ...
done: games played to the end, but still good for a replay
donedone: games played thru and no need to play again.
garbage: unless there is a incentive ... don't touch.
toxic: stuff that is a shame.
inprogress: games that are not finished yet ...but should be finished.
dare: games that should be played ... even if you loose your shame/credibility.
todo: games that you should play for karma/wisdom/fun.
console: stuff that you can play easy with gamepad and friends. (steam marketing speech is "big screen" methinks)
support: great ideas for gaming.
casual: good for to fill a 10 min time slot.
history: games you know and love ... but should better be not touched because it would ruin your good memhory.
other: no category at the moment
current: the games you play at the moment.
hype: games queue because of ... hype.
broke: games you have to play because you paid insane amount of money.
this categorisation is of course only fitting my current view of handling my library.
you see different people differnet ways

I don't need that many categories but yeah I'm one of those too who like it organized and the way I want :)

Apparently yes. But you can also restore the same game again if you ever change your mind. Permanently is just a name I guess, they don't even delete the achievements or the time played

Thanks. And yeah someone did tell me the same solution as you have said. I'm really not sure if they will agree as most of the giveaways are really old but lets see if it works out. I'm not expecting much though.

nothing is perfect. small things like these can be overlooked so im not that worried.
i just wanted to say it aloud anyway. maybe it could help someone who also wants to delete a game.

Hi everyone. Feel free to skip through my boring story and join the gibs at the end.
Last 3 weeks has been the lowest point for me on this website. I wanted to have a proper cleanout of my steam library and I decided to permanently remove the games I don't want. I did had in mind that if I deleted a game won from SG then it could have a problem but everyone makes mistakes and I accidentally deleted 3 games which I won from here (deleting a game permanentally slaps you with unactivated wins here). In the same day, I won my first AAA title after being registered 11 months here (just my luck right?). So of course since its a big game, the giveaway creator checked the winner if I had unactivated wins and, alas, I was found out, reported, blacklisted, rerolled and wouldn't respond to my query and rightly so because its the basic rule here to not have unactivated wins (gonna let the game name and person be anonymous for reasons). At first I thought the giveaway creator is not sending the gift on purpose but after a few hours I got 15 days suspension because of the report, then finally I realized what I did wrong.
In frustration, I started deleting every useless game I won from here too along with other games I won from freebies, etc. My steam library count was 960 before all of this cleanout and became 244 in this time consuming but greatly satisfying process. I even made my mind to never come back on this website because I only kept something like 15% of the won games here. I'm sure many people would agree with me that winning a useless game is way easier than a really good game unless you're in lots of whitelists and groups.
So 15 days passed and I checked the website anyway and everything seemed normal after being unsuspended. I thought I would be permanently banned for having like 90 games unactivated but I decided to change my mind since one more report and I'm gone for good and because I really like the community here and giving away plus winning a good game once in a while is really nice. I decided to restore all the permanently deleted games I won from here at least and after synching in sgtools, finally passed the unactivated wins barrier. Now it doesn't feel wholly satisfying as I still have games I don't want in my library (library count went up again to 340 after restoring) but I take it as my punishment for joining all those giveaways I shouldn't have just for card farming and boasting my library count.
I learned my lesson and from now on only gonna join the giveaways which I want to keep in my library and make a separate section in my steam library which says Won from SG so I never accidentally delete a won game from here and don't miss out on AAA title again whenever I do (or not).
Thanks for your time and now the gibs:
