After the suspension is over you should receive your game.

A suspension typically means a time period before they are allowed back. Though you could send him a message and ask him on steam.

Some suspensions are temporary and others are permanent. It very much depends what sort of skullduggery the user has been involved in.

Also, if he has been suspended for previous fake giveaways, there is a very good chance that the one you won is going to be about as legit as a four dollar note...

But maybe he got suspended for a reason,.... and maybe there is no game... just saying. Talk to support and ask them what's all about him.

You should get game when his/her suspension is up, unless it was permanent for too many fake giveaways, then ..., oh well
