Got myself a copy of Monster Hunter: World, and it worked fine, i was new to the site and bit reluctant as those prices seemed too good to be true, only strange thing is after you paid, you need to verify via phone or sms to be able to view your key.
Overal comments (here and on other sites) tend to say the site is legit (little chance in getting keys revoked) although the keys as with kinguin/g2a could be a bit of a grey area, the keys are coming from the site itself, not from users, and the keys tend to come from scanned codes coming from boxes.

Small selection (there are many good deals), best to check the whole sale page below (or people's comments).

Super illegal without your consent, and Cdkeys isn't a G2A, so I doubt it.

Yeah from what i read g2a/kinguin sells through users selling keys, but keys from cdkeys directly comes from them.

Also no stupid additional fees, what you see is what you pay/get.

So you'd rather use a website that's known to be complicit in CC fraud, has terrible (non existent) customer service and is objectively detrimental to the games industry than one that has a proven track record, sells keys direct rather than from users, has good customer service (at least in my experience, mileage may vary) and is generally considered to be one of the safest and most reliable ways to purchase keys from (5* Trustpilot score etc), purely because they have a verification step?

Okay then. That says more about you than it does the website.

To most it's pretty obvious they are grey websites, and people go there to get a better price, regardless where those games come from (and usually don't care) and some feel driven as they feel they get wrong prices on steam, because of where they live.

I also got experiences with all 3 sites, and even a duplicate code on g2a and kinguin without their buyer protection and still got refunded.

You can say dropped from a truck, maybe they genuinely got a leftover dvd bulk they need to get rid of, you don't know, i don't know, it's speculating where cdkeys get keys from.

But literally you give your consent by being on the site and by entering the number.

That's literally why this entire stereotype has shown up. That you data's sold. Because it is. You allow it by using services.

Last game bough from here was Just Cause 3!

I even double-dipped:

But be aware of the supposed WW key:

Monster Hunter: World Standard Edition (Key-Only European Retail)

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

I saw that vaguely too (when i redeem keys it always adds && && in for some reason, so it always comes up weird for me).

Maybe they got a system in place giving the right region key based on ip or phone number you gave?
Not sure if i should add it to op as it might not be just EU only.

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

I just said it for others.

I don't mind in a sense.

Yet, it says WW and it is EU only maybe.

You should put it in the description because this is a multyplayer also.

The statement is vague:
https://screenpresso.com/=WKMZf

(Key-Only European Retail)

I might mean the key is from the stock sold for EU and it could be WW but that is not so logical.

It's an anti fraud thing, in case your account gets hacked or whatever. They've been doing it a while now. Or at least that's what they claim. It's also only for first time customers.

in case your account gets hacked or whatever [...] at least that's what they claim

And that's BS. If you just made a purchase in the same session, there's no point in asking your phone number between the payment and viewing the key. Either they ask for it upfront, before payment, or they don't ask it at all. This is dodgy AF, it's like "we got your money, now do the monkey dance or you don't get your key".
I would have charged back. And maybe sent an e-mail to my local Data Protection Authorities while I'm at it. They don't have any good reason to ask for a phone number, I'm buying a $5, highly traceable and revocable key, not a $5000 gold bar that I'm getting shipped to a PO Box in Panama.

Edit: I just read their privacy policy, it's like they never even heard of GDPR

Because they did not. CDkeys is like G2A, but instead of hiding behind a Hong Kong address that is hiding behind a fake Singapore company, it is hiding behind the well-known offshore tax dodge haven, the Dubai DMCC.

No worries there. There's more than enough things to cope with in MHW without the survival elements (which there are none). You just have have to survive hunting and capturing all the monsters and wyverns with just your trusty weapon, wits and palico. Running away is also an option ;)

What was free last week? The Iceborne DLC demo? That's only for PS4 and Xbox 1

The Final Fantasy 14 (& The Witcher) crossover "special investigations" will be unlocked once you complete the main story line. They also have tougher versions of both as "events" which unfortunately just ended 2 days ago but they will be coming back again probably next year. The Horizon Zero Dawn crossover is supposed to come out with the Iceborne DLC. Fingers crossed

Wow, since when is ARK 60$ ? O_o :O It was 30$ before.

A great deal indeed, but alas 5$ is still too expensive for me when it was in HB Monthly for 12$ with several other great games.

Guess I should have gotten it in HB Monthly way back when, instead of considering it so much.

Nice to find out about this site though, some awesome prices.
Maybe we can keep adding and updating topic with new great deals we find on it :)

Some good cv for some people here. ;)

It says 55 euro now here on steam store page, but one review says 70 euro for him even, so dunno.

Think that would be a great idea reading some of the comments it seems they got good deals more often, but i don't think i'd be the right person to maintain it, depending on how much they got such sales (if it's once every few months i don't have a problem with it, but if it's like every week) so if anyone wants to volunteer for it.

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

They upped the price by 30$ or more given region. 90$ to 100$ for everything with season pass, it kinda seems to much for a 4 year old game when a similar newer great game like Monster Hunter is 60$ too.

Yeah, it would be really great to have a topic on this site (like we have on some other site deals) if someone would like to open it, and update it frequently.

Frostborne hasn't released yet, so might be worth waiting for a deluxe ver.

Just base, they got a deluxe version for a bit more but less discount, but it only includes a DLC (as on steam) containing some samurai skin, which you can easily get later if steam puts it on a sale for half, with no price difference.

Most likely that Frostborne would just be a seperate DLC, but i could be wrong.
