you either are whitelisted or not. It fits the joke perfectly. bool whitelisted; can only have two different values, true or false. "blacklisted" is the same as "not whitelisted", thus bool whitelisted = false

When you say "there are 10 kinds of people", most people will gather you actually mean normal, decimal number system and only knowledge of original joke will tell them you actually use completely different 10.
Which is why IMO it doesn't work - it can't exist on it's own.
