How do I level up?

And to answer your question, give away games to level up.

What are levels, and how can I increase my level? To be fair, it's not the most obvious, taking in a whole new site.

Giveaways -> Create a New Giveaway -> Choose a game you're able to deliver and wasn't given for free

A game with two ** was given for free and won't level you up.

Edit - maybe you should read the entire FAQ like others said, but to be honest I didn't do that right away. I just used a key for a game I didn't want and gave it away to "test the waters".
