Good luck with your channel. I'm also having a hard time with mine, as it's hard to get enough subscribers to get things going by itself and focus only on content and fun.

I've been seeking some sites that do some sort of subscription exchanging stuff to speed things up by getting an initial boost, so far the only one that seems "secure" and clear enough is utubehits, managed to get 31 extra subscribers and +15 views/likes on videos from there in about a week. Not huge numbers, I know, but well, better than nothing. People also use that service to get comments on videos, though I never tried, and any system that makes you "log into youtube" through their app may easily be targeted by youtube. I tried other websites that were faster on this, but the subscriptions were revoked in a day, so I abandoned those sites.
