There should be a couple of practice materials over at IELTS's website, which should be enough to get an idea of what will be in the exam. I still got decent scores when I took the test months ago, and very much exceeded my uni's minimum requirement of 6 (not sure).
Either way, if you've been speaking/writing in English your whole life, you should be fine. If not, I could suggest watching a couple of English movies/TV shows beforehand to kinda get used to it.

In exactly 36 hours, I will have my IELTS test started. I'm aiming for 7 or 7.5 in both writing and speaking.
