Leave. Delete your other Steam accounts. Sign off the internet. Problem solved.

I have anxiety too, so I feel you. The best course of action, though, is isolate yourself from the topic. The other person blocked you, which means the isolation here already happened, but still just not touching on the topic is best. The person is an idiot, and you can do nothing about them :/
