They won't end dropping for some time. And they won't become untradeable.

When we bought the Bravo Pass I recall it saying something like playing those maps on Valve dedicated servers until 31st Jan 2014. So if they were to remove it, it may be then? Or maybe not at all.

I think the system will be similar to TF2. They will keep weapon cases no. 1, 2 etc etc. But remove winter/bravo at some point.

Untradable wouldn't make sense. Maybe they'd just disappear on startup like the TF2 holiday items, or become unopenable and "purely decorative" like they've done with the newer ones.

Cases never become untradable, unless they marked it with a special expiration date.

I doubt they would disappear/become untradable. They might stop dropping though, much like the first series crates.
