Hi,

I am wondering what you all think is the best web browser.
This is opinions not necessarily facts.

Which one ?

The most important for me: speed dial. You can find it for free in the chrome web store and it allows you to organise your favorite websites. You can use Addblock too. There are several other apps for free, even games if you want.

Chrome is the fastest ( i.e. Ninja Keys :) )
Firefox is more secure.
IE is .... (well, you know it)

"Ultron is the first browser to ship with Ask toolbar by default!"

I was ready to stop reading right there, but the other features caught my eye and now I'm hooked. Uninstalling all others. Viva la Ultron!

hardcore>>>>old opera(v12)

more user friendly >>>> latest version of opera....

use opera mouse gestures once and you cant let it go.....my mail problem with newer operas is that they removed a single useful mouse gesture (stop)..

i already have 3 separate operas on my pc .....(and i use them all each one for a different purpose )

The "best" browser is in the eye of the beholder.

I personally use the official Firefox because of all the addons that allows me to do most of what I want. But with the way they have been pushing some changes I have been considering going for a different version called pale moon which I believe allows all the addons, but doesn't force changes on you like the official version does.

I use a riced version of Firefox that's practically Chrome, except without all the annoying stuff that Google never bothers to fix and a lot more extensions/customization.

I use to be a heavy Firefox user until I gave Chrome a try. I never went back to FF being my main browser.

As for a lot of my friends and family, it's pretty much what you said. They use too long to change.

Some of us just hate dumbed down, ugly UIs and also want customizablity. Firefox has that ugly UI covered nowadays and lack in the customizability department too, which is why I've been using Pale Moon for a long time.

Opera is facking slow nowadays. I vomited when I first use firefox with it's smooth scrolling, I only use it when my cousins are in the house playing flash games and want to hack it with cheat engine lel.

You can put a fuckton of extensions in google chrome and won't slow down, one great thing about chrome is it's seamless sync functionality. Just login your google chrome account and it will sync everything in all PC you own that has google chrome (Extensions [only official ones], history, settings, etc). It will even work in multiple platforms, e.g.: windows, linux, chromebook or mac.

Obviously, the real answer were all looking for here is Internet Explorer. I mean, who can rival that cheetah like speed and reliability?

I'm sure all browsers are good. Use whatever. Personally I used Firefox in the past and now I've used Chrome for a long time. IE is fine, I'm sure Opera is too.
