Do you have any family members on steamgifts?
Sorry for bumping again. But I just had an insight moment. The gift was won by your supposed wife but still it's you who's making the thread and trying to add me. I haven't for once seen a comment by her defending you or any active role being played by her. Having a wife doesn't mean you can make two accounts for the sake of it, she should actually be using it.

My wife has an account here. (Which was previously okayed by support as stated in the rules.)
She's not very active though since she's not much of a gamer. Unlike yours though, she does play many of the games she do have. Heck, she has 238 hours on Bejeweled 3 (although some of these hours are from leaving the game running overnight a few times)

Hello I'm the wife and what my husband says is true, i am not multiple account, I am a real person on my account. Please do not ban him sg
sincerely the wife

The only family members I actually communicate with are my parents and cousin, and I doubt that either of them even knows about the existence of Steam. There's also my beloved niece, and it looks like she'll grow up to be a gamer (she's been playing on my tablet since she was maybe a year old), but she's still really tiny (2,5 years), so nope, she doesn't have here own account yet))

Nah, just me and my three alt accounts. Gotta farm them games for cards and profitz™.

My fiancee has a Steam account. She doesn't play on it a lot, but she did play some games. I also use her account as alt to farm cards. And despite her using this acount rarely she has hundreds of actual gametime more than your "wife" as well as achievments ( http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198100651200/games/?tab=all ). And still I even if that means I could introduce her to SG, because unlike your "wife" she does look like actual account, not just farm-bot-account I won't - why? Because if she is not so heavilly into it it would simply mean that I use it as an excuse for us to have 2 accounts on SG. Only to boost my chances and win some stuff on her account so I could play it myself. So for all intents and purpose it would be basically the same as having actual multiaccount. And like I mentioned - we're talking an account that someone actually plays on, unlike your "wife".
So yeah - bad excuse for a multiaccount is a bad excuse for a multiaccount ;p I hope you "both" will enjoy your permament vacation :D:

the person who did call himself out is an OP. OP shown his multiaccount, you cannot blame us for referrencing it. It's impossible to respond to OP without what you (not me) consider "calling out". ;p
Let's say you create a topic "can I trade away my wins?" - I go and check you didn't activate GTA V and already traded it away as you had trading topic about GTA V. I respond to your topic stating that it is against the rules and if you already traded away them you can buy and activate said games yourself. Do you respond with "NO CALLING OUT! I ONLY ASKED< YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SAY I DID WHAT I SUGGESTED/SAID I DID! SUPPORT BAN HIM!"? Nope, because it was you yourself who did initially call yourself out and it would be impossible to respond to you without relating to rulebreaking mentioned by you.

OP claims it's his wife's account and asked if it was allowed. You're claiming it isn't and that he is breaking the rules. It's support's task to determine that - not yours, not mine, not anyone else's.
Just because you think someone else broke the rules doesn't give you the right to do so, no matter how you try to rationalize it.

read OPs answers on previous page - it is not possible to answer to them without mentioning WHY his wife account does not look like a real account. If OP only asked question from original topic and provided no further informations/explanations then you could be right. But because of what OP posted it's impossible to address that without mentioning reasons why this account looks like not-real-account and it automatically falls under your "no-calling-out" - so yeah, good riddance, you cannot answer and address what OP said without "calling out" but if you do answer you are "calling out". Perfect solution to end unpleasant discussion - I do not like what you say? I simply refer to some rulebreaking of mine, if you dare to answer to me you are breaking rules, thus you cannot answer to me and I won disscussion! ;p

That's the thing -- he doesn't have to answer to anyone in this thread. No one on this thread is support. They can ask all the questions they'd like, but the OP is under no obligation to answer them, and it doesn't make him guilty if he doesn't.
Nowhere have I seen him say he's using his wife's account on SG, regardless of whether or not he is using it outside of SG. What you or I think or infer from what he's said is irrelevant. He's being accused of something that hasn't even been proven yet..

Just to add a +1 to what some of the other users have said here. Support will bypass the "multiple account" rule for you if you contact them and explain your situation. I got my girlfriend to join Steamgifts after she moved into my house, and it's been working out just fine.
Perhaps it's because both our Steam accounts are very active, and evident as separate people. I'm not sure about the details, but it's best you contact support instead of looking for answers in this thread :)
