You should be thankful! This is nice moral lesson for you! Greed is bad! ;)

Oh look, a troll.
OT: Yes, you should tell them everything you know about the user. Also, I hate to be a buzzkill, but Valve will not give you your game back, it's their policy.

It's best to give as much information as possible when sending a support ticket. It's better to include something Valve might not care about than to leave something out that could help you get your game back.

I can't believe why did people always go first on too good to be true deal, most of people got scammed because of this.

Good thing he used a middleman like EVERYONE recommends, right? It's his own fault.

I'm not talking about OP deal. I mean most people got scammed for 2good2betrue deal or go first. Like the other day someone from my group trade his CS:GO for MW3 & Skyrim. Then the guy did a chargeback.

Submit a ticket to Valve with all the evidence, mention both accounts and they'll likely tradeban both and maybe try and get you CS:GO back (they have a mixed relationship with that sort of thing). Sorry you got scammed, man. Next time, use a middleman.

include as much information as you can. but, unfortunately, i don't think that you will be able to get your game back. they even state this exact situation in their trade policy.
i'm sorry for you. but you'll learn from this xD

non-tradable...
IMO non-tradable games should go first.

Congrats on being scammed. You totally deserved it for attempting to trade outside the trade window.

Are you really trade your CS:GO with Space Marine 1:1, that's really really really bad deal.

Personaly I think you are stupid for trading CS:GO for space marine. Also, valve won't really do anything about trading, because there is a message asking you to confirm the trade, which is why you pay fucking attention when trading.

I hope you get someone competent at support.
They seem to be rare :)

I was scammed of my cs:go gift. Yes it was my fault that I went first (he said that he will give me non-tradable space marine), but anyway... I made screens of the whole conversation, did a little research, and found out that this account was only crappy alt with one humble bundle, and one friend. I also found the scammers main account, when I added him, and asked him for my game, he just said "f**k you" and removed me.
Question is, in my ticket to valve, should I mention both accounts, or only the one I traded with? Will valve take any steps against scammers real account, or they will just trade ban the alt? I would love to get my game back, but I'm sure that the game is not on the alt anymore, and he took it.
Is there any way I can find justice?
