So anyone know any good sites ot find steam skins that are actual up too date and work ?

The standard skin is pretty good. Especially since you don't have to worry it ever getting broken.

Metro isn't bad, if you're into the Windows 8 aesthetic.
Air is excellent, if a tad minimalistic for some people. The latest version is light, thus if you prefer white-text on a black-background I'd go with the modded Air-Dark version instead.

Personally, I'm waiting for Pressure to release. Sadly, I'm unaware of any regularly updated Steam skin repositories, but each of the aforementioned are maintained independently by their developers.

Aye, mate, just bear in mind that it's still a work in progress.
You can grab the latest version over on GitHub, although there are several bugs and graphical issues that vary depending on your monitor's resolution.

What I´ve seen so far looks fine, dunno if I want to try Pixelvision 2 though.
Maybe Pressure can be a nice change.
