In fairness, the first one is a modified version of an existing clue I liked, and it's a simple cryptic without any of the usual tricks. Beware that the answer may not be the name of a game but a familiar name or term from a game. (I wrote four possible clues to use for this and that one is probably the worst and the hardest because of it, but I love the wordplay of the original.)
I'll offer the original version of the first as a hint: "They lead the way in our present transport system" (Reindeers!)
Bump! :)

With only one confirmed solve, here's a bump with hints.
Some part, typically the beginning or end, of a cryptic clue is usually a literal definition of its answer and the rest is wordplay designed to lead you to the answer by a more cryptic path. The best clues combine both and still make sense (syntactically if not literally) as a whole, like clue 2 does. Words like "rework" and "rearrange" suggest an anagram in the clue, and phrases like "coming from" or "among" hint at words within words.
Failure to solve clue 1 will result in an "unsatisfactory" mark on your official testing record, followed by death. Good luck!
Hopefully this makes it quite easy. This is fun for me if not for you. :)

I'm quite sure you will know the game. It's one of the biggest gaming franchises of all time. Its title is the answer, which is 4 letters long remember. If you're going to google something, google "aura."
Don't kill yourself trying to find a reference to a game in the clue, you need a more lateral approach for this one. Look carefully at the words "PIRANHA LOVER," maybe try joining them up.
You'll kick yourself. I'll post answers later either way; I considered posting them before the GA expires but I think that would cheapen the puzzle for those who got it. I am sympathetic though! If Rogue Legacy comes up in a sale or bundle soon I will certainly have more copies to give away.

Now that this is over, allow me to put those of you who failed to solve it out of your misery.
Clue 1: She leads the way in the quantum transport system? (6) -- The answer is, of course, GLADOS
Clue 2: Aura coming from piranha lover (4) -- This one, which tripped at least a few up, is HALO -- the trick is that "coming from" hints at a word within a word -- piranHA LOver -- with a definition of "aura"

Hello all. I discovered this place a few days ago, approximately 5 minutes after redeeming a bunch of unused keys for games I will never play after "getting back into gaming." Lesson learned. I think the puzzles here are great, so here's an easy one for a leftover copy of Rogue Legacy. This is one of my favourite games, so I wanted to do something more interesting than put it up as a free-for-all. Enter my other hobby: crosswords.
There are two clues, in the format of cryptic crossword clues with a video game theme. The number in brackets indicates the number of letters in the answer. Combine their answers into a single upper-case word, append that word to a bit.ly address, and you will find a one-day GA with no other restrictions on entry.
Clue 1: She leads the way in the quantum transport system? (6)
Clue 2: Aura coming from piranha lover (4)
For those unfamiliar with cryptic crosswords: note that there are various conventions in the way clues are written that would give experienced eyes a significant advantage. Everyone else: feel free to point them out but please avoid giving the answers outright. I'll chip in with hints if this turns out to be far too obscure. Good luck!
