Either there is a mistake in my puzzle or I don't understand how to fill it in.
Does from top to bottom means in the order of the squares

First, you need to solve your sudoku, once you do, check the location of the green cells (they are all in different heights), and put into the solution all of the numbers from top to bottom in that order (no spaces), worked for me on first attempt.

I solved it and filled it in, but again, what does top to bottom means? is that what I showed in my example? If so, I made a mistake in mine because it's not accepting it :(

in the itstoohard page, you have green squares marked in rows (first row second row etc).
when you have solved the sudoku, it should be filled with numbers, check the location of the green squares and see what numbers are filled in them, afterwards put those numbers into the answer.
for example, let's say our 81 squares are filled with numbers chronologically, as in top left is #1 and bottom right is #81, i'd put into the answer the number 51125353953596476, (the numbers are 5, 11, 25, 35, 39, 53, 59, 64, 74 but as it said no spaces you put them into one big number).

Thanks, that means my answers are wrong, was hoping I just did them in the wrong order or something but now with that example, I did it correct but not the puzzle so I will retry the puzzle later and try again, thanks again!

Could you do it? I had a hard time trying to figure the order out, but I could finally do it xD (it was harder than the actual puzzle).

No so either the 2nd time I solved it, I made a mistake AGAIN or I am screwing up the order, so I gave up :(
