My bad, I didn't see it's a different event. I thought it's the current one, whose donation period was extended to 12 Apr, implying (at least to me) that everyone who donates until 12 Apr will get keys... eventually...

i wrote them asking about when we get the steam keys on 16 march and got first replay 18 march
after that i wrote them on 28 march and got reply 30 march
after that i wrote them 12 april and got 12 april the last answer.

Huh, so is this still available? It says "Rewards are available to backers through Monday, April 15th" but when I click the "Donate and Support" button, nothing happens and it just prints "Campaign is not active | Widget FUNMVCYDSZB is archived" in the console.

Finally, for the people who paid.
But this is still quite a debacle. The simple fact that, as I understand, the distribution of the keys will now be through the same Humble they left behind to fly on their own, beside the irony, tells something went wrong behind the scenes.
They have quite the climb to rebuild their reputation, as any next bundle they may do will not be trusted to deliver quickly. Or we'll be back to Humble Day of the Devs in 2025.

I sent them an e-mail back on April 26. No reply either, so nothing else I can do but wait. From what I see, just a few got it. Not many copies of games from the bundle show up here or on trading sites like barter.vg

They don't really reply to emails so it's lack of customer service since Humble taking charges on delivering keys you should contact them
Other than that late purchases might take some time for someone to step in and delivered keys, so besides that Day of the dev is hosting another event in June...
You might get keys within a couple of weeks or end of the month since it did specify - "Digital rewards will be distributed over the next couple of weeks, April – May 2024."
