Yes, they are still alive and working. However, considering there are only a small number of moderators (like, around a dozen, I think) and the site caters to millions of users, I think it's safe to suspect the support of being a bit slow.

I believe right now there are only 3 active moderators - bobofatt, lina, and shobo. I haven't seen lorkhan in a while, but it's possible he's still active as well.

There are also some chat moderators and Rinarin, I believe. cg also occasionally moderates, as well as a couple others.

lina = Rinarin. I don't include chat mods because they don't have any jurisdiction over the forums.

My bad, I don't know the names of the moderators aside from when I see them on SteamGifts. I'm not very familiar with the staff outside of Rinarin and cg.
If it weren't for my preoccupations with SteamCompanion and the fact that I'm too busy to even moderate a whole lot there, I'd volunteer to help moderate SteamGifts. Then again, I'm not sure how to even apply. The fact that cg still sees SC as a competitor doesn't help either.

This list is from Jade last year before he left, so it's not completely updated. I haven't seen Raiden in years though, so I didn't have any reason to suspect he was active again.
Shobo was listed as a mod on sgv1, I guess he was "demoted" here? He definitely used to have access to support tickets, because he posted in a couple of mine.

Raiden said he was taking a break from being on the mod team and ever since then he hasn't been paying attention on the forums even after he rejoined the mod team. He still responds to support tickets and is active in chat.
Yeah, Shobo was demoted, but I think it's something he wanted. Not entirely sure.

As is the case with most of these threads, your outstanding ticket is about -rep. There is only one mod that can handle -rep issues, they're the most difficult and time consuming issues to handle, and that's not her only focus. So, those tickets (as well as the 36,000+ "user reports") are pretty far behind.
I'll keep pushing to have some new mods that are dedicated solely to this issue, as well as having a support ticket category specifically for them.

I have created a ticket 4 months ago and have bumped like 4 times, and still nothing.
Now the sites updates and i creater a new ticket, and 2 weeks stil nothing, and bumped 2 times alredy...
