The most popular Steam achievement trackers are: Astats, completionist.me and Steam Hunters. Personally I prefer the second one since it has the cleanest UI, but each of them has its pros and cons so occasionally I check some things in the other ones too.

For the one specific thing you asked for c.me should be the best one since it has 5 different pretty views for displaying it. And to answer your question from the comment - I can't guarantee that, but I'm quite sure all of these show banned games too.

I use achievementstats.com and it lists every game with achievements, including games removed from Steam and achievement spam games.
