Trying To Remember Name Of Old Game

Can anyone here remember the name of a very old game where you were leader of this tribe and you had to go destroy the other tribe by conquering their territory. You had buildings you could build and men you could train. You could go into their buildings and burn them and also use spells.

I can't remember which version of windows this was on but somewhere between windows 95 -2000. It was very similar to C&C and has a cover similar to "From Dust"

Wow, that's pretty vague for me.

But check out GOG.com They have a good collection of old RTS's and you might be able to find it there.
