You are correct, I got confused cause I thought orphan meant I didn't know if it was activated or not, or was unsure of what game it was, but I was sure of both.

Got reminded earlier that I have a key for Streamer Life Simulator from Fanatical...
Fanatical says it's expired, but well. Does anyone still want to try? (I revealed the key before, I don't know if that matters)
Gives a +1, no cards. It's some low quality asset flip, so I don't mind if you just want it for the +1 and never plan to play it.

i got 6 keys for If Found... that are looking for a new home steam library in which they will be played
they have weird region restrictions (please check before asking) and are a bit old by now
maybe they all still work, maybe some do, maybe none. if you wanna try one of them, leave a comment

half awake and didn't notice your link to the GA with region locks.
just saw the words weird region locks and dove into possible sources and most likely steam sub it was <-- is the most likely one. Double checking it, the region locks set on that GA don't match any of the packages on steamDB.

Here you can gift directly keys to other people, but you can NEVER PUT THE KEYS DIRECTLY IN THE MESSAGE, even encoded ones, because silent ninjas are as intelligent as grateful people and can solve the riddles too.
So here are a few ways :
If the person answering doesn't have too much GAs won or given, maybe don't use that.
Don't hesitate to propose more possibilities !
